Way back at the beginning of the summer we had the most beautiful peonies throughout the city. This was an attempt to capture the intense color of these flowers.
Also this summer, I picked up an SX70 in hopes of figuring out how and when to use them. As of now, I think this may be my most sucessful color photo from that camera. Color seems to be extremely tricky for me. I do love this photo though. A basket of towels at one of my most favorite places.
